There is no shadow on the plane below.

other than that its pretty good.

To be honest, im not really sure what you were trying to achieve, so its kinda hard to tell you how to make it better? :)

well, my main objective was to get the water right. but i see that i didn't do that very well... ::)

Nice shot. I see what you were attempting with the water reflections. Next time, try to center on one object rather than a panorama.
