I went back to this older edit and added more volume to the smoke and some fire coming from the exhaust, also made the bullet trail more pronounced that came through the fuselage. Added gunfire reflection on the Albatross cowling too. :)

For the 1280x960 version that isn't so compressed, here's the link:

Both of these are freeware planes also.

that's another brilliant edit!!!
congratulations bob!!

We would learn a lot if you could spend some time on the studioV side of this forum, and give some hints on what make your edits so beautifull... what about some short tutorials, for beginners...

by the way, how long do you spend on an edit such as that one?
and how do you proceed? do you take two different shots, knowing exactly the final pic you want to have, or do you actually fly (slew/pause/recorder... maybe) and take the shot and then enhance it?

Thanks Gents! @Vince, there are a lot of tutorials at www.screenshotart.com where i'm an admin and pretty busy there most of the time, if you want to learn about editing screenshots or just taking good screenshots, that's the place to start. Thanks bro!

Cheers,
Bob

great shot BoB!!!

I was wondering... I saw your comment in one of the head to head battle announcement... Since I now know that it's going to be an un-edited contest... are you still going to join? would be fun!

So how long do these actually take you to create?

6-8 hours but most of time, not all at once, but sometimes all at once, goes by fast though. :)

Souichiro, I might take part in that contest if I have the time bro.

Cheers,
Bob
