How do you go about changing the colour and enhancing the light reflections on a screen shot using Photoshop?
Basically, I just want to know what effects and tools have been used to create the fantastic shot below:

Thanks for any help given!

Well... you picked one of bob's masterpieces, so you have to ask Bob how he did it.
I think he use a little lense flare behind the rocket and a lot of dodge for the reflections. But I'm just guessing...
You have to experiment with photoshop a lot to be able to do this kind of things. They can't be thought, you have to learn for yourself.
Goodluck! ;)

Looks like for the missile flame, he just dodged the area he wanted, and that's about it! The secret to GREAT edits is in the Lighting effects. If you have 7, I'm not sure if the others have it, but in Filter, Render, Lighting Effects, you can really change the tone of the picture. What I use to add clarity and crispness, is duplicate the layer that holds the whole picture, and set the above layer blending option to "Overlay" it really enhances the colors. I'm also guessing that Bob used Contrast, Colors, and Levels, but I just use the "auto-contrast" and "auto-colors" as those usually do the trick.
