Quality? You're gonna ruin the entire effect, but are you using irfanview or another editing program besides MS paint? Then experiment a bit with the compression.

yeah im usin PSP5 (It was free) I tried usin the compression thing but the edges still look pixelated.

Oh... dunno anything about psp... I'm using photoshop.
