i have not PSP and that limits me very much...

so this is what i can do...

Yea i know, why in hell did i post it?
because not every one can edit like bob, sgt_ic, mistral, dr.who and the_echo....

Hey, it's a start!

Have you tried GIMP, I see some awesome edits by folks who use this and it's a free editing program. http://www.gimp.org/ Stick with it if you enjoy it, you'll get better, trust me.

Psp is not a limit, its how you use it.. ::) ive had around 6-7 years experience on the series.... but im still crap.. but i know some people that can make better graphics with psp than adobe photoshop

Nice shot, I like the angle of the aircraft in comparison with the suspension bridge.

Keep going, I must agree GIMP is a good start.
