This is one of the more detailed aircrafts for FS98, too bad it has no moving parts.

Do you mean being able to create an aircraft from scratch? Isn't it possible in FS2004?  I thought it was

If i remember correctly you were given a certain platform plane. you could modify the length and width to a certain extent. also you could choose an engine type and the power output
