Igorski, Hue, Vietnam is a city in what was at the time South Vietnam; also very close to the DMZ. It's pronounced like "hoo-way" with a smooth inflection. It has a lot of history going back several hundred years.

Didn't think about it at the time -- Hue, Huey.  ;D
