Well, I was really bored, so I took a few things from a few pictures and this is what i came up with. Hope yall like...  :)

Lots of layering, copying and pasting, and lots of plug ins! and most of all patience, this one took me almost 4 hours to get just right. thanks guys!

What program do you use.
ill need some sort of plugin for psp to try that methinks ???

I used Paintshop pro 8 and a few plug in filters.  ;)
