Dispite my passionate hatrid for Photoshop... theres just stuff you can't do with Corel that you can do with Photoshop.

I agree with the heat blur thing Pippin said. Not just the linear blur you often see. Well done!

Yes, it looks like a good ol' Projet MACH, which unfortunately has been "crapped" because its website does not exist anymore. Last time I checked it out for updates about 15 days ago or so, and the site was already down, and ever since that, it is still down, so I have deleted it from my favorite websites and decided to stop paying a visit to hem for updates. But a good bet would be that Concorde still exists "somewhere" on the web, try looking at Google . . .
