subtle changes in ps7 have made this wingview look fantastic

If you want to try an effect to show the blades in motion, then try to select the total blade area, feather the selection with 1 or 2 pixels, then apply a motion blur/radial to it ........you will need to test the amount of blur and center to use to get it all to come together in the correct place.....if its a concern of not getting the thing to show as you want, only make these changes to a duplicate layer and turn off the original while you work....if its not good, just delete the new layer and you should still have the old one to start again with.....

yep il give that a go but im not that good with photoshop yet im getting there

I would say you sharpened the edges a bit much too.  The wind edges and the mountains in the back have become distorted, making the wing look like it's no longer an integral part of the picture.  8)
