... its the aeroplane heaven one, (never really used it before, just the Spit and 109) works OK in fs9 .... found it when I had a big clean up on my drive at the weekend.... took fs2002 off and 1.29gig!! :o  of aircraft directory, to make way for all the photo scenery and a fresh install of fs9 ... did the fs9 install but still the photo scenery to go ... the edit may of looked better over it .... but that can wait for version 2!

.... if I had a bigger h/drive I might give it a go ...  :(
.... we will have to see what santa brings! .... but santas not the problem, karen (wifey) can not see the attraction of 'playing' on computers .... I,ll have to wait till she has some new boots or a coat etc. etc  ;)

Being on a fixed income myself I know the feeling. ::)

I take it the Wyvern mentioned under your avatar is the Westland Wyvern turboprop fighter? If you like carrier based aircraft here's a taster from a forthcoming Fox Four CFS2 campaign. The shot is completely unedited. Both aircraft are AI drones. ;)

....yup ..... would love a Westland Wyvern, what a monstorous beastie ... ( I like things a little out of the ordinary) .... had one in x-plane but it flew like it was on a stick) but have not put x-plane back on since my upgrade .... I have no room anyway!  ::) ... and the graphics were poor. .... an old guy who was once a neighbour of my parents was an FAA pilot, he said that they were, or seemed to be awsomly powerfull on take of, all those whirling blades I expect .... I think he fiished of on Hunters in the early sixties.

Thought so. I live a few miles from the old RNAS Ford (now an open prison). The air used to be full of Fireflies, Sea Furies, Sea Hawks, Gannets & Wyverns. I'm told the Wyvern was a bit of a beastie. Not too many saw service & plenty of them crashed for one reason or another. They discovered one buried on the Downs just north of here a couple of years ago. I can't remember the details but think the pilot was killed.
