The topic starter who added his own entry? Dont get me wrong but i dont think this was planned out to well.

It was a first try at something new, by a regular user (ie non mod) so perhaps its not perfect, presumabley he'll have excluded his own post seeing as it's come down to him judging.

fair enough. I like the idea behind it. I think though it should have been started with a request for a few judges. Can still do that really. That way its not a ton of work on one person to get a result.

Next time, eh,  :) perhaps it needs to be raised as a real issue with the mods, maybe get it made into an official competition so it can be properly organised and judged.
