like your FL300 and your somewhere over the Atlantic at night with nothing but the moon casting light on the clouds!
You can't see the ocean below!
Your too far from land and the curvature of the earth has obscured any ground radar contact from any tracking station and lightning from an earlier storm has knocked out radio contact...
Your guidance instruments have malfunctioned but you do have radar and shining brightly from that little crt is nothing but a massive wall of red ahead of you...Your LOST!
