I had to check this wasn't the photo section lol.

That's a very cool effect and pretty realistic. I could imagine that tagged on a wall somewhere.

Definitely looks like some walls I've seen in urban areas! Wasnt really going for that look initially.... but hey, this was just me messing around with some new brushes!  8-)

The big blue glob looking thing is really a smoke effect I found. Just made some changes to it
