The first one is done using a "tilt-shift" method in Photoshop. It makes things look like some mini model that you see on display somewhere. The second is just the standard editing.

Not sure about the amount of blur in the 1st shot, something that close would all be in focus, while the background would be blurred. But the 2nd looks nice. very clean and clear.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Hey thats pretty cool! gonna have to give it a try myself. the example they use... the shot looks like a model the further into the steps you get. Doesnt look real.
