a edit that took me a while, original shot was a tommahawk on a clear day with high level clouds, made it overcast and did a semi composite with lightning

The effect doesn't really do it for me. I just think it looks too obviously edited. Perhaps if it were a little softer (the lines were more defined) then it would look better. There was a good one in your other thread... The first shot, with the red aircraft (if memory is right) which looked better IMO.

But I do think that lightning is well captured- Bit of a strange but unique shape to it all.

like i said this was a composite..... considering the fact it was a clear day, i neon glowed the backdrop to make it stormy, the lighting is a cutout from a real bolt and i edited it a bit to make it fit in
