Looks allright, but personally I find that in some places you blurred a bit too much, such as on top of the buildings... but nice efffort none the less.  ;)

I'll back what he said about the blur...But it has a nice feel to it anyway...

Its not blur, it's soft focus...can't really control where it goes.  lol  It's meant to be overly blurred to give it a more mystical feel.
