I just heard a radio interview with Robert Deluce, president of Porter airlines, Based from YTZ Toronto Island Airport.
He was at the trial run at Mirabel and he said the the aircrafts first run exceeded expectations, super quiet on take off and perfect for an urban airport. He added the the plane would reduce emissions by nearly 50% and produce at least a 20% savings in fuel costs. Porter has a conditional 2.29 billion order for as many as 30 aircraft. The conditional bits being that they need city approval to extend the runway farther into the lake.

Certified in Europe!
