New to me...

I just stumbled across this one. I wish we could have it in FS! Looks pretty interesting.

Well, there are one's for FS98 and FS5, if you really want it.  ;) Not really not style, but it's an interesting plane.

Wonderful Link Sean and an interesting read.

Might have been a better aircraft if they had of put on more powerful engines and better props in the first place.

Like the Harvard,  Beaver and Otter that were all underpowered when first produced.

Looks like a 3 engined Heron.

More like a 3-engined Dove.

Seen that bird down at the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society. Few other nice planes there too, like a flying Constellation, some Winjeels, a Canberra, etc.

I was lucky enough to have sat in the cockpit of a De havilland Drover, one of the two that were based out at Bansktown (YSBK). Not much room in those cockpits. :o

Wasn't aware HARS had a Canberra, thought it was only Temora?

My mistake then, that Canberra must've only been down there for Wings over Illawarra. Though HARS has changed quite a bit over the last few years, I think they added some Cobras and a 707 to their collection?

Not too sure where the 707 is or who owns it, but I saw it a few years ago being renovated in the Qantas Jetbase at YSSY.
