An-148 shall finally enter into service, with Aerosvit:

Hm... is it a good replacement for Bring Another Engine 146?

Its just the demo plane flying around with new stickers on it.
For some reason they like to do that. Sibir had prototype Tu-204's that they got from the Vnukovo merger, Dalava has one Tu-214 that is actually the first demo plane. Aeromist had a prototype An-140 which was crashed by Antonov factory pilots on a customer demo flight.

This only means that they want a really good test session but they dont own the plane. Antonov will take it to airshows when they want to show it, so it isnt really useful for regular service

So it's essentially a Do-328?

In concept it is, with the same fuselage size as the An-140.
In an Aerodynamic way, its the an-74 minus the weird engine placement
