MiG-29 Checklists

Well, as the title (somewhat) says, anyone found any (REAL WORLD) checklists/documentation for the MiG-29A/S/UB? I could use something to study and immerse my self in, I don't have much else to do. I do however understand the military or classified nature of these, so no problems if they cannot be found.  ;)
