I'm curious, does the 737 have a fuel dump function?

Because I saw one 737 and the wingtops looked like the one of this little a/c:

The line was interrupted at several times... What could it be?

I always thought the 737 never had one of this function, because I saw a film about the plane crash on hawaii (aloha 243) in which it is said, that there isn't a fuel dump function!

737's do not have a fuel dump function, as there really isn't all that much point to it....

The 737 can land very close to the maximum take-off weight, and so it wasn't worth any of the airlines ordering the dump feature, as it costs more money.

What I believe you are seeing in that photo (even though I can't see it ) are wing-tip vortices, they are usually formed when the passing air is forced through a small space (usually through a small gap in-between the wing, and flap) This compresses the air rapidly, forcing it to loose it's moisture, forming those little cloud-like streams you can see.

When did I say it always happened through the gap in-between the flaps?  ;)
