Any ideas on where I can find flying instructions for the Concorde? I mean ideal climb rate, rate/speed of descend, approach configuration, touch down speed etc. Thanks for any suggestions.

Which concorde model do you have?  If you fo to www.fsfrance.com and follow the link you can access their project mach 2 page.  They may have a numbers for their freeware concorde which is very nicely done.
