It looks like it has typical tanker "bulges" of the KC-137 -without the boom.

Why on earth is that mounted on a commercial airliner, you know the reason for this Ivan?

Could it have been brought from the Army Surplus shop and modded back into an airliner?

EP-SHE is an ex Iran air force (K)C-135 tanker...
They got rid of the tanker boom after installing a hose system (could be traces left of that too). Probably phased out after they got the Il-78 and now operating in passenger service.
it seats less than a normal 707, about 170 seats.
