Hey Everybody,
I Just have a simple question for you.

1. When The F4U-1C Corsair Was Made Did They Remove The Extra Pair Of .50 Cal Holes?

I presume you mean the 4-cannon armament.

Basically, they didn't "remove" the "extra" gun ports, but the wing was built with the cannon ports.

Now, an interesting point, and possibly the question you wanted to raise, would have been whether the -1Cs wings were designed for interchangeable armament.

Yep I Meant The 20mm Cannon Armament, I Just Wanted To Know If They Left The .50 Holes There.
