I think the ugliest aircraft would probably be the Junkes G38. There is an observation compartment in the wings and only 2 were ever built. :o

Unusual perhaps but ugly? - I don't think so. One of these giants was a regular visitor to Croydon Airport before WWII. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FP6Qvvdb1io

There are no ugly aircraft. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Agreed. I can't think of any aircraft that I find ugly, just different or interesting...

...Apart from, that is, the F-35... complete with rotating anus.

All i had to do was type in worlds ugliest airplane into google images, and this was the first thing that popped up.

Not a fan of this one, even though it's rather new. Maybe not the ugliest thing I've ever seen...but

I know I said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but that was before I read this Dream lifter at Oshkosh Now that IS ugly :o

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
