Boeing Begins Assembly of First 747-8i

Today, (May Boeing began assembly on the first 747-8i prototype; one of two that will be part of the test program. The first delivery is scheduled for somewhere around the 4th quarter of 2011. For more information, click here.

When this thing finally rolls-out I would love to see it painted in the Boeing 'Dreamliner' livery, although I highly doubt it will. Have to wait and see. :-/

Yeah, it would be beautiful in that livery. But it will probably use the 747-8F livery with the white body and blue stripe. That one is neat though.

I wanna see it in the British Airways paint, make it look royal like. 8-)
