How do you pronounce it?

Is it "Pie-lay-tiss" or "pill-ah-tuss" or "Pill-a-tuss"...?

"Pill-ar-tuss" is how the employees at PBN (Pilatus Britten Norman) used to pronounce it & who am I to argue? ;)
