At one time in the US it was possible to mail your children, for a small fee (53 cents +or-) simply by attaching a stamp to their clothing, after having weighed them. The postmaster general of the day put a quick stop to this, but at least two little children are known to have been mailed. At those prices.. my neighborhood would be child free! :shifty:
