I am just a train fan who happens to like flying and attempting to get the better of the mods especially those with 20/20 vision ;D ;D

I hate to say this but according to a recent documentary on Jamestown the entire settlement is still on dry land. They have uncovered most of the walls and 8 of the building foundations. The wall that faced the ocean is much closer to the water and plans are in the works to stabilize the beachfront to stop any further erosion.
