It's a solmn day here in the United States.  Lots of cerimony and rememberance.  In Toronto, a movie is being shown depicting the assassination of the current American president.  It's a curious juxtoposition.

To be honest I've been wanting to see it.  Any time film recreates famous people I'm rather interested. (Such as Indiana Jones' Hitler autograph ;D)

I don't really watch TV, but I caught a few things from the tube.  From what I saw, there was an incredibly dramatized made for TV moive, but it was made for TV so you can't expect too much.  More interestingly, I saw part of a documentary about buildings.  Most importantly, NIST's investigation of the WTC, how other countries (China) learned from us and we haven't and why exactly the buildings fell etc.

Interesting stuff.

The movie that I'm referring to is called Death of a President.  This movie depicts the assasination of George Bush, then goes to dramatize how things evolve as a result of Bush's "screwed-up" international policies.
