#1 - Admin forum -yes - only moderators have access to it. And we even let Pete play in our sandbox from time to time.

#2 - Sometimes posts get moved there instead of a straight deletion. The reasons vary, but are generally that the thread is getting "questionable". Some mods may think it inappropriate, others may be okay with it.

In my opinion, and I wasn't following the thread closely, it had gone waay off topic, and bordeline political

(From "Children of the Nazis" to current day Russian / Latvian relations?)
