I was of the understanding that two counties in England where able to create their own Governments and self rule away from Westminster. Cornwall and Lancashire as they are both dutchys which means (although I could be wrong) they they could proclaim themselves as seperate Countries.
There are a fair few people here in Cornwall who want independence.

Hurling is a very old sport similar to field hockey but a lot rougher. It's still played in Ireland where I understand it's very popular. Also played in some parts of the US.

In the US, the sport of hurling is generally played in bars, parties, etc., the players usually being inebriated males and females that have partaken of "adult beverages" too fast and too much.
