Charlie Taylor

The man that aviation history almost forgot. Charlie Taylor was born May 24th 1868 and is considered to be the grandfather of aviation maintenance.

May 24th is also "AMT Day" in many US states. It's a day to recognize Aviation Maintenance Technicians and to honor the life and memory of Charles E. Taylor.
