Although the movies are worth it every time, I prefer three games from the Star Wars universe over them any time:
Knights Of The Old Republic I + II (taking part even a longer time ago) and Republic Commando (set between Episode 2 & 3 and no Jedis at all in this one).

Saw it at the Ziegfeld the week it premiered in New York... knocked my socks off, and I still think it's a classic.
