At least he assumed the right position for the situation


Despite people having 'no racial tension', there really is    I wouldn't have given them the code though... That's like getting stuck on the motorway, pulling into the service station and asking someone to check your bank details for you. 

What I don't get is what the captain expected the "thick accent" guy to do on the flight deck. All he needed to do was tell the FO that the guy was stuck in the lav... he didn't need to go through that door. And where was the cabin crew?  Isn't there a 2-way intercom between the cabin and the flight deck?  :-?

I'm sure the s*** really hit the fan at Delta hq.  Oh, and I'm sure the captain is in deep s*** for giving out the code.
