FAA - No charges against Mile High Club pilot

Pilot Wasn't Distracted by Skydiving Sex Stunt: FAA

The Federal Aviation Administration says a videotaped skydiving sex stunt did not violate any of the Administration's regulations.

FAA Spokesperson Ian Gregor said video evidence confirms that the pilot of a small plane was not distracted during the stunt over Kern County.

Earlier this month, Gregor said any activity that could distract the pilot while he's flying could be a violation of federal regulations ...

The video shows the two having sex in a plane before jumping out in tandem and continuing the act midair ...

I got up in the early hours of this morning, (4:30 AM) 'cos I couldn't sleep, switched my 'puter on, loaded up Sim V, and what do I get.... ;)...

But did anybody read the full investigatiion. FAA officals had to review the tape 32 times to make sure there were no rules broken. Then worked many long overtime hours and even on the weekend to make sure no rules were broken. My Hat is off to the FAA for doing a smash up job.
