Goodly evening all... :)

Visiting Toronto, Ontario, Canada this year, then this World War One Flying Museum is a must to see... ;)

Some great shots of aircraft on the above Link as well.

These aircraft would fly over our old homestead several times a year... ;)

I try to visit the museum twice a year...well worth it...call ahead to see if all aircraft are there as many do airshows.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

I once saw a WWI plane fly at Rockland, ME.  It was one of those that the crankshaft was connected to the aircraft, instead of the propeller, meaning the entire engine would spin.  For a throttle it basically had an on/off switch, and had just enough power to get airborne.  Pretty cool to see, but not quite my idea of a fun flight.

Very cool Doug. Glad to see they are not charging vets. :)

Alas, I will never get to see it unless they create a virtual one on the internet.

Very interesting Doug. I see that all the museum aircraft are replicas with modern engines. Nicely done but not quite like the real thing.

Good morning all... ;)

Thanks Dave and just think about this...many old radials used Castor Oil for lubrication...kept the aviator regular... ;D

Thanks Larry... ;)

Hi Doug:

Thanks for those two Links...much appreciated... ;)

The doctor will not let me travel right now, as a matter of fact I think they buggered me up back in
