The world's favourite airplane is now the world's newest airplane.

Yes the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental will be officially rolled out today/tonight. Apparently in a special livery?

It's red!  Has the Dreamliner Livery, but the "boeing blue" is red.

I'm definately liking the redish-orange colour!

I hope the build quality is better than the brand new 737-800's my the company I work for has taken delivery of. The latest batch of five, people jump out of windows, suddenly become ill and "I just have something to do" if checks and routine maintenance is required on them. Boeing really has QA problem at the movement. In the last months we have had three brand new aircraft, all with production serial numbers within one or two of each other. All have had the same problem on the same system on the same side of the aircraft, all in the same phase of flight. We have been chasing the problem and Boeing is clueless. We are now giving the aircraft back to the leasing company!

I think it looks fantastic in the red 'Dreamliner' livery, very smart indeed. Hoping more customers jump onboard the Intercontinental.
