Saw something yesterday that I cant say I've seen before

Heard a loud rumble in the distance coming from the local airport (KCEW) and them saw a somewhat large twin engine prop, cargo type aircraft. It was all gray and I didnt see any markings, but did notice an IR/camera pod under the nose. So it is likely a USAF aircraft.
After some searching I found that recently an old Convair CV-340 (C-131) had flown out of the same airport. But FlightAware had nothing about the one I saw yesterday.
