I can understand their being unhappy with the situation, but refusing to deplane for three hours because they were diverted seems a bit ridiculous to me.

Does seem rather daft, but on a lighter note, the toilets......if you are ever in a similar situation, to unlock them, just lift the "toilet" sign on the door. It pivots at the top. Under it is a dead bold, just slide it and spend your penny..............But you never hear this from me :-X

I'm not surprised: if you've flown a few times with Ryanair, this is fair repayment for the way they often treat people!
(no reflexion whatsoever on Ryanair flight crews, just general company policy toward "clients" There's got to be a limit to Low-Cost No frills!......)
