I already got both Christian 

reading them didn't tell me what they do, I mean it can't have 4 elevator trims ,and that weird lever ,in the left side of the spoiler ,the one with three balls ,what is that?

The VC10's got 6 elevator trim levers!

The large one to the left of the spoiler (labelled "long trim") is obviously the main stabiliser trim lever, and the two below the trottles (labelled "alt long trim") are the standby - presumably operated by a different hydraulic system.

As for them being in pairs, I suspect one is a "rate" lever, and the other an "actuator" lever - effectively all this means that both levers/switches for each system have to be moved to actually force movement of the control surface.

According to those close-ups, the wheel on the right, marked in yellow, controls the cabin pressurization system. The pressure indicator is probably on the panel somewhere.

At the bottom of the page it has a PDF download. The Aircraft Operating Manual is like 284 pages but shows pics of all the panels in the front room. Further on it identifies all the controls & explains each ones purpose. The yellow wheel is cabin pressure control. It can be set to auto or manual. In the video it is set to auto. As the throttles are moved forward it is seeking home as the cabin pressure is supplied from the compressors. Notice that as the engine RPM stabilizes the wheels motion does also & as they climb out the cabin pressure will change with altitude.
The white lever to the left of the spoiler lever is the main elevator trim. There is also an auxiliary  lever between the fuel shutoffs. Look at section 13 (Flight Controls) in the manual for a full explanation.

Yes that yellow wheel has to be as it shows in the PDF and as you said ,some sort of pressure device I don't know if that part is in the modeldef list ,I could do it ,But I don't even understand it..I don't say I'll try it

Thank you again ,What is that Part? the one in each side of the beneath the panel, It looks like a broken thing ,and actually looks like a Ejection seat pull device
