Russkie made commercial aircraft

Postby Bubblehead » Fri Jun 11, 2010 9:04 pm

Does the US have an airline company which uses Russian made aircraft such as those made by Ilushin and/or Tupolev for our domestic or overseas routes? I know we've used other foreign made aircraft such as Airbus, Bombardier, Dash, and some Brazilian and Israeli commuter planes.

It appears that SRX Transcontinental uses US registered Antonov An-26s...

EDIT: Ok, it looks like at least one is still active.....I think the blue and white one has been out of action for a while.

Not to be a stickler, but technically "Dash" and Bombardier, are the same thing, as Bombardier currently produces the Dash 8...
