The second they touch down you are under the laws of that country.This also the reason that babies born in flight get the nationality of the carrier..............All this with with one proviso, if a fighter appears of your wing and requests that you do what you are told, then it is better to live another day than argue international aviation law at 30,000 feet with a sidewinder locked onto your jet pipe
