Sounds like Hartsfield's ILS need a tweek! I would suggest the crew takes an colour blindness test. Taxi way lighting is blue as opposed to white for the runway. Still not the first time and will not be the last time either.

This is wierd, cause the weather was said to be good.
They're very lucky this didn't end up much worse. Reminds me of the SIA 747 that took off on a taxiway in Tapei and hit construction equipment.
