Tu-154M down

Postby Ivan » Wed Jul 15, 2009 1:23 pm

Caspian Airlines, built 1987
No survivors, made a huge crater

Possible cause: uncontained engine failure which caused hydraulic failure (if you have enough damage there you lose all control of the tail)
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur
