When the wings on a blackjack or lancer swing can the pilot feel it swing, like is their an altitude drop or something? :-?

I would imagine they feel something, because I can feel the nose lights extend on the C-17 when we fly, and they are only like 8" across.

It probably feels more like flaps extending. A slight lift and deceleration, or at least that's what I would imagine.

Tu-160 has manual extension, just like the Tu-22M...

B-1 is computerized so you probably won't feel much
