I was wondering how the RB211-524G-T differs from the RB211-524H-T, if they are different. I looked on Wikipedia and they said static thrust is different, but you really can't trust them.  I also looked on Rolls-Royce's website and it looks like RB211-524G/H-T is all one engine. Which is true? I'm not quite sure if this is the right forum for this. Also this my first post on this forum.

Hi & welcome. I think you're in the correct forum. I'm not an engine man so I had a hunt round. This appears to answer your question.

Interesting question - interesting answer, although the RB211 is far too modern technology for my liking! ;D

Welcome to SimV. :)
