This month a second Superjet, MSN 95003, is scheduled to join the flight-test programme.

November is over. Has the second Superjet flown?

As long as it doesnt crash you wont hear anything...

At 3 november they put SN 95006 on the stress test machine (which is the one on the photo)

Main problem is that they are planning to move the whole SSJ factory from Kosmonolsk-na-Amure (east siberia) to Voronezh, reducing the delivery costs. This of corse gives a big delay in the production (imagine packing the whole 737NG assembly line in containers and move it to NYC)

Interesting plane, i wonder if it will sell on the western market, after old soviet era planes were banned from certain airfields. I can imagine this plane being a competition for the EMB-190 and alike, which are replacing the fokkers.

Boeing had plans to use their network for marketing it... as they are still missing a regiojet in their lineup

I am pretty sure I have errors there, some things are computed with different assumption. Does anyone have access to data to check the above and present the comparison under strictly comparable assumptions?

How different, in service, are Fokker 100 and Boeing 717 from each other?
