Global Weather information?

I know Jeppesen is the best source at this point for North America and European Weather info (at least for maps), but what about Asia, or South America? Where could I find information about them? I am particularly interested in turbulence, icing, and significant winds at altitude.

(I'm not interested in METARS or TAFS, I can get those easy.)

The website I suggest is www.wunderground.com.
You can get general weather info, as well as Aviation info.

I use it all the time. They even have a gadget for Vista, if you use those.
